He is the author of "Zero to $100 Million in Five Years", has a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA.  He has served on the Franchisor Forum Board with the International Franchise Association.  In 2004, he was named the "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst and Young. He and his wife Melissa and their four children reside in Columbus, Ohio.
