  • Training: PEC provides a FastStart Manual prior to the initial training program. The initial training program consists of approximately 3 days (18 classroom hours and 9 hours of on the job training) of instructions regarding The Pro Energy Consultants System. After the initial training we provide access to 8 web-based advanced training modules to complete after our initial classroom/field training. We also provide ongoing structured mentoring sessions after the initial training is completed - this mentoring will consist of telephone, internet, and email support. All training is done by someone with 15+ years in the business. PEC will provide ongoing mentoring sessions after the Initial Training Program is completed for purposes of providing general assistance and guidance. This support is by telephone, Internet and/or electronic communication. We will maintain an individual and corporate website for PEC franchisees and continue to improve search engine optimization (SEO) opportunities. We will provide all franchisees with branded PEC email accounts and a shared-use toll-free number for franchisee marketing purposes.
