  • Sales experience
  • Financial requirements to launch and sustain the business
  • Hold, or be able to obtain, the necessary contractor's license

  • Training: Franchisee shall attend and complete such additional training as Franchisor may periodically require. Franchisee agrees to and shall cause two (2) owners of Franchisee to attend and complete, to Franchisor's satisfaction, within ninety (90) days of the execution of this Agreement, the initial training program, which includes the five (5) day initial training, the four (4) day Mold Remediation Course class and three (3) days of instruction of the details of setting up an office and opening for business and a review of other aspects of the initial training (collectively, the "Initial Training Program"). The Initial Training Program will be conducted at Franchisor's headquarters or at a location designated by Franchisor.
