Concrete Raising of America is currently seeking individuals/groups interested in providing innovative services within seemingly untapped markets via turnkey franchise operations in the United States and internationally. Concrete Raising franchises will provide concrete raising and grouting services to the residential, commercial/industrial, and municipal sectors of major metropolitan areas. The service of raising concrete can be a stand-alone business or used in conjunction with other concrete and/or construction related services.

Concrete Raising Corporation (CRC) has been in the concrete raising business since 1947, having made significant contributions to the processes and technologies used in the slab raising industry today. In 1993, Concrete Raising of America, Inc. was established with the venue of forming business associations around the United States, and ultimately on an international basis. Since it's inception, Concrete Raising of America has actively shared the elements of successfully raising concrete through its establishment of Franchises. Many of these Franchise Associations were formed with business owners, working in the concrete industry, interested in greatly improving their existing service line income potential. Some Associations were formed with entrepreneurs interested in becoming major players in slab raising. Those who were already in the concrete business, gained the ability to offer their customers the alternative of raising concrete versus replacing it. Those with no previous experience were soon running turnkey businesses of their own.

Often, with new construction, the subsoil will settle or erode resulting in sunken concrete. With the increase in new construction over the course of the past few years, CRC has received an increasing number of calls, inquiries, and referrals regarding our ability to raise concrete.

Training & Support

Concrete Raising of America

  • Site Selection Assistance: Yes
  • Training: CRC instructs your key people (no more than two at one time) in the techniques of properly and productively raising concrete. This 5-to-7 working-day training is held at OUR TRAINING FACILITY in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This includes a combination of classroom and on-the-job instruction in raising procedures, as well as CRC Super Pump machine preventive maintenance and repair. Receivables include: CRC copyright "Slab Raising Handbook" and "Mixer Operational Manual" containing machine troubleshooting and parts lists, as well as "Construction Operations Manual of Policies and Procedures" (McGraw-Hill, Fourth Edition, Copyright 2008). All travel, lodging, wage and subsistence expenses are the responsibility of the franchisee.

    One week of sales training (45-50 hours) by one of our Sales Trainers at YOUR LOCATION. This training will instruct you and your salespeople how to price all types of work, how to write slab raising contracts, and set-up sales leads for multi-housing, municipal, residential, and commercial jobs. Includes CRC copyright "CRC Franchise Total Marketing Approach" and actual windshield time with you and/or your salespeople to sell at your location.

    Following Training (above), CRC will provide an additional One-week of supervision (45-50 hours) by one of our FIELD Trainers AT YOUR LOCATION. This support will provide follow-up technical assistance and supervision on your job sites to insure complete understanding of techniques, unity of crew and rig set up.
  • Other Info: Assistance in advertising strategies, equipment purchasing, and locating suitable slab raising aggregate pumping material in your area. Additionally, CRC provides camera-ready copies of all current advertising, contracts, and promotional items with use of trademarks.

    Additional training for up to four (4) people (no more than two at a time) per year at the Concrete Raising Home Office is provided at no charge. Again, all travel, lodging, wage and subsistence expenses are the responsibility of the franchisee.
