Founded in 2002, Sonoma Chicken Coop is an award-winning, high volume fast casual restaurant. We are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience each time you visit our restaurant. The name originates from the world famous California wine region and also for our signature rotisserie chicken menu items. Sonoma Chicken Coop offers a variety of specialty foods such as pizza, pasta, entrée salads, sandwiches on house-made bread, steaks, ribs, fish, famous rotisserie chicken as well as chef quality appetizers and desserts. All items are made fresh, from scratch! Enjoy fine cuisine in our charming wine country interior, or dine 'al fresco' on our beautiful patio.

More about our name... "Sonoma Chicken Coop," was chosen to convey the concept of a restaurant that serves high-quality meals like one might find in Sonoma, with a more casual, light-hearted approach. "Chicken Coop" also reflects our famous rotisserie chicken. Our most loyal patrons often refer to us as "The Coop."

The following represents an example of the actual sales achieved by two of the existing Sonoma Chicken Coop Restaurants located on East Campbell Avenue in Campbell, California, and on Market Street in San Jose, California, which have been in operation since November 2004 and November 2002, respectively, but we did not include any operating expenses. We are not representing that you can expect to achieve these sales in your first year of operation, or at any time during the term of your Franchise Agreement.

The Campbell Restaurant is approximately 14,000 square feet in size, the San Jose Restaurant is approximately 3,500 square feet in size, and both are open seven days a week. The Restaurants offer substantially the same products and services as you will. The figures provided in this Item 19 do not reflect the payment of any continuing fees to us, such as royalties or advertising fund contributions.
