Each drink is made from a selection of 9 varieties of 100% juice, a combination of fresh fruit from an assortment of 9 different fruits, and a couple scoops of one of 6 different fat-free yogurts, sherbets, and sorbets. Junga Juice also offers a full compilation of organic espresso, coffees, and loose leaf teas. Junga baristas our taught how to make rich and silky lattes and cappuccinos using old world techniques not often seen in the standard American coffee shop. Training: Junga Juice Franchisees are always taught by a corporate trainer and must learn the following:
1. Junga Juice product recipes and preparation
2. Junga Juice Point of Sale system (front of house and back of house)
3. Opening and closing procedures
4. Inventory and ordering processes
5. Employee and Store Management
6. Cash Management
7. QuickBooks Accounting
8. Time Management
9. Local Marketing Strategy
10. Junga Juice Franchisee website (documents, product ordering, help desk, etc)

Franchisees will go through a three-week training process. The first week is at a designated Junga Juice Training location. The franchisee will first be introduced to the Junga Juice Café procedures as if they were a Junga Juice Cafe employee. They will work through the 2 day adventure guide training program. The following 5 days consists of working opening, mid-day and closing shifts as an adventure guide. They will also be taught through hands-on experience inventory management (ordering, receiving, par-levels), running and evaluation of sales reports, cash-out procedures, and employee scheduling. During this time, the franchisee will also be reading and discussing all of the Junga Juice Café instruction guides on how to hire, train, manage, and discipline employees.
The final two weeks of training take place at the franchisee's location. The franchisee will again participate in the Adventure Guide training with their new employees, before the opening of the store. This gives them the chance to observe how to train, but also serves to solidify their understanding of the basics. Once the store opens, the franchisee is assisted with the daily and weekly procedures. The final week of the training is franchisee directed; the franchisee uses the time to ask questions, clarify issues and hone in on other skills they still feel unsure about.
