Your fro.zen.yo store will occupy a small retail footprint of 800 to 2,000 square feet. This approach has proven to be a successful formula for all of our company-owned units. A small space translates to a relatively low occupancy cost.

Simple labor model:

Fro.zen.yo is a food franchise without the major complexities of "front of the house" or "back of the house" labor. Fro.zen.yo is a self-serve concept that requires very few team members to successfully operate the business. Fruit prep, yogurt/toppings bar replenishment and equipment maintenance are among the primary functions of the staff. A general manager can ultimately oversee up to 4 locations, instead of a GM at each location along with an area manager to oversee multi-unit operations. Bottom line, it's not a grind.
